<h2>Returns & Damage Guarantee</h2>
<p>We stand behind every cabinet we ship. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations, we'll make it right.</p>
<h3>Return window</h3>
<p>Unopened, unassembled cabinets in original packaging may be returned within <strong>30 days of delivery</strong> for a refund of the product price. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.</p>
<h3>Damage during shipping</h3>
<p>All shipments are insured. If your order arrives with damaged cartons, concealed damage, or missing parts, contact us within <strong>48 hours of delivery</strong> at <a href="mailto:maggieyan@kchomeglobal.com">maggieyan@kchomeglobal.com</a> with photos. We'll ship replacement parts or full units at no cost.</p>
<h3>Sample policy</h3>
<p>Full-size sample cabinets are refundable when you place a follow-up order of <strong>5 or more cabinets</strong>. Apply the $80 sample fee as credit toward your full order.</p>
<h3>Non-returnable items</h3>
<ul>
<li>Custom-painted cabinets (matched to a Pantone, SW, BM, or photo color)</li>
<li>Assembled units</li>
<li>Modified or cut-to-fit pieces</li>
<li>Items damaged after delivery by the customer</li>
</ul>
<h3>Refund timing</h3>
<p>Approved refunds process within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise back at our Anaheim warehouse. Funds typically post to your card 3–5 business days after that.</p>
<h3>How to start a return</h3>
