Free U.S. shipping on every order
We ship free to every address in the contiguous United States — no minimum order. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: contact us for a freight quote.
Lead time
5–7 business days from order confirmation to ship date. Most orders ship within 5 days.
"Order confirmation" means: payment cleared, all cabinets in your order verified, design final (if you used our design service). For trade orders with custom configurations, lead time may run 7–10 days.
Transit time
After your order ships, transit time depends on your distance from our Anaheim, CA warehouse:
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Mountain & Midwest: 4–6 business days
- East Coast & Southeast: 5–8 business days
How orders ship
Cabinets ship via LTL freight (less-than-truckload). Standard delivery is curbside: the freight company brings the pallet to the end of your driveway. You're responsible for moving it inside.
What you should know about freight delivery:
- You'll be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery window (typically 2–4 hour window)
- Someone over 18 must be present to sign for the delivery
- Inspect the pallet before signing — note any visible damage on the BOL (bill of lading)
- Take photos of any damage immediately
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. The freight company will contact you separately to schedule delivery.
Inside delivery / liftgate / threshold service
Inside delivery and liftgate service are not included in free shipping. If you need either, contact us at the time of order — we can arrange it for an additional fee charged at carrier cost.
