<p>Free U.S. shipping on every order. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days from our Anaheim, California warehouse.</p>
<h3>Lead time</h3>
<p>Standard lead time is <strong>5–7 business days</strong> from order confirmation to your door for in-stock cabinets shipping to the contiguous United States. Custom-painted cabinets ship in the same window once the color match is approved.</p>
<h3>Shipping zones & costs</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states):</strong> Free shipping on all cabinet orders</li>
<li><strong>Hawaii & Alaska:</strong> Quoted at checkout (typically $200–$600 depending on order size)</li>
<li><strong>Canada:</strong> Available by quote — contact us before ordering for a freight estimate</li>
<li><strong>International orders:</strong> Not currently supported</li>
</ul>
<h3>Delivery method</h3>
<p>Most orders ship via LTL freight (curbside delivery on a pallet). Larger orders may ship in multiple pallets. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window 24–48 hours before arrival.</p>
<h3>What to expect at delivery</h3>

<li>Inspect cartons before signing the delivery receipt</li>
<li>If you see external damage, note it on the receipt and email us photos within 48 hours</li>
<li>Open and inspect contents within 7 days of delivery</li>
<li>Save all packaging until you confirm everything is correct</li>

<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of pickup. Track at any time through the carrier's website.</p>
<h3>Pickup option</h3>
<p>Local customers can pick up orders from our Anaheim warehouse by appointment — no shipping charge applies. Email us to schedule.</p>
