<h2>Terms of Service</h2>
<p>By placing an order through factorydirectcabinet.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.</p>
<h3>1. Products</h3>
<p>All cabinets ship as RTA (ready-to-assemble) flat-pack with assembly hardware and instructions included. Cabinets feature solid maple Shaker doors, all-plywood box construction, and soft-close hinges as standard. CARB Phase 2 compliant.</p>
<h3>2. Color matching & custom finishes</h3>
<p>We paint custom finishes in our in-house Anaheim paint booth. Color matches are made to industry-standard tolerances. Slight variation between sample and final product is normal and not grounds for return. We recommend ordering an $80 full-size sample before committing to a custom color or large order.</p>
<h3>3. Lowest Price Guarantee</h3>
<p>If you find a lower published price on the same all-plywood, solid-maple Shaker construction within 14 days of your order, contact us at <a href="mailto:maggieyan@kchomeglobal.com">maggieyan@kchomeglobal.com</a> with proof and we'll match or beat it. Applies to full 10×10 kitchen cabinet sets only. Excludes auctions, closeouts, used goods, and damaged-box discounts.</p>
<h3>4. Pricing & payment</h3>
<p>All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. Sales tax is collected where applicable based on the shipping address.</p>
<h3>5. Order changes & cancellations</h3>
<p>Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost. After 24 hours, custom-painted orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.</p>
<h3>6. Warranty</h3>
<p>All cabinets carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers structural defects and hardware failure under normal residential use. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.</p>
<h3>7. Liability</h3>
<p>Factory Direct Cabinet is not liable for installation costs, consequential damages, or losses arising from product defects beyond the replacement of the defective cabinet itself.</p>
<h3>8. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>All product names, logos, photographs, and content on this site are the property of Factory Direct Cabinet. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.</p>
<h3>9. Changes to terms</h3>
<p>We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.</p>
