Damage on arrival — we replace it
If your cabinets arrive damaged, we replace damaged parts at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
To file a damage claim:
- Inspect every cabinet within 7 days of delivery.
- Photograph the damage clearly — both the packaging and the cabinet.
- Email photos and your order number to info@championcabinets.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll ship a replacement at no cost. Standard lead time applies (5–7 business days).
Standard returns
Unused, undamaged cabinets in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer pays return freight. Cabinets are heavy; freight on a return is typically $200–$500 depending on order size.
- 15% restocking fee on the value of returned cabinets.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Non-returnable
- Custom-cut configurations
- Cabinets that have been assembled (or assembly attempted)
- Cabinets returned without original packaging
- Cabinets returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sample cabinets (these are designed to be functional cabinets you keep)
Wrong size or wrong finish ordered?
If you ordered the wrong configuration but caught it before installation, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you on an exchange. Customer pays freight both ways.
